1. Is it free to submit a task?
Yes, it’ absolutley free to submit multiple tasks.
2. Can I get several projects done at the same time?
Yes. We can work on unlimited projects for you at the same time.
3. How and when do I pay?
We are going to send you a payment estimation and a payment link where you will have to provide your credit card information. On the day of the deadline you will be automatically charged and receive the recipe via email.
4. Will you start working right after I submit?
No. First we are going to look over your request, then a specialist will going to contact you to offer a payment estimation and the number of hours needed. After you agree with the payment estimation, our specialists will start working on your tasks.
5. When and where do I receive my invoice?
We invoice projects a few days after completion via email.
6. Do I need to provide website access information?
Yes. You will provide all necessary access information to our specialist after you agree with our payment estimation.
7. Can I get team full of specialists on long term basis?
